Client Service Representative | Remote Direct Hire

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for a Client Service Representative with our client. As a member of our client’s team, you will be the primary and front-line contact for all subcontracts in the program and is responsible for overall program management.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities

• Possess broad property and casualty insurance knowledge; construction insurance knowledge required.
• Work independently and able to manage the entire client service process from new account set up to renewal management.
• The Wrap Administrator must quickly develop a thorough understanding of the Client’s Wrap program, including the participating insurance companies, coverage limits, and reporting standards and must be able to prepare and interpret complex insurance documentation, including ACORD certificates, Endorsements, and Policies.
• The Wrap Administrator must also possess the ability to explain complex insurance concepts and Wrap program practices to a non-technical audience to ensure ongoing Program compliance.
• Attend Pre-Bid Meetings: review coverage wrap-up coverage provided by owner, review coverage responsibilities of contractors, review instructions for enrollment upon being issued a contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance field

Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• An active Illinois Property and Casualty license is required
• CRIS Certification is a plus
• Knowledge of AMS 360 is a plus
