Customer Service Representative – Commercial Lines | Chicago, IL Temporary

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative with our client. As a member of our client’s customer service team, you will utilize your experience to provide the highest level of customer service while following policies, procedures, and best practices.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Timely issuance of certificates of insurance
• Process changes, renewals, and maintaining updated and accurate records
• Assistance with mailings
• Track return of renewal questionnaires and coordinate accurate and timely entry of data
• Bookmarking of policies
• Handle institution requests
• Vendor servicing
• Maintain and coordinate open items with service providers

Skills

• Must be able to move quickly and accurately from one task to another
• Excellent time management and organization
• Applied EPIC experience is required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a customer service representative for a commercial and/or personal lines insurance broker
