Property & Casualty Senior Client Administrator

Insurance Placement Solutions (IPS) has an immediate opening for a Property & Casualty Senior Client Administrator with our client. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.

In this role, you’ll support the client service team in servicing and retaining Commercial Property & Casualty accounts. You’ll manage day-to-day policy servicing activities, assist with renewals and new business, maintain accurate account information, and provide training and mentorship to other Client Administrators.

Property & Casualty Senior Client Administrator Responsibilities

• Manage account servicing needs throughout the policy year, including binders, certificates, evidence of property, auto ID cards, motor vehicle records, endorsements, invoicing, audits, claims, cancellations, and policy checks
• Assist Client Managers with insurance and coverage reviews
• Compare contractual insurance requirements against existing client coverage
• Obtain quotes for additional coverage needed to satisfy contract requirements
• Support new business and renewal processes for Commercial Property & Casualty accounts
• Order loss runs from insurance carriers
• Request and process binders, auto ID cards, invoices, and finance agreements
• Prepare and update renewal surveys and client proposals
• Send applications and renewal documents to clients through Indio
• Assist Client Managers with additional new business and renewal activities
• Maintain accurate policy and account data within agency management systems
• Follow established agency workflows, procedures, and service standards
• Provide responsive service to clients and internal team members
• Train and mentor new and existing Client Administrators
• Conduct regular check-ins with Client Administrators to support their development and success
• Escalate potential Errors & Omissions concerns to management as appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Property & Casualty Client Administrator or commercial insurance account servicing experience
• Experience supporting Commercial Property & Casualty accounts
• Experience with policy servicing, renewals, and new business activities
• Experience working with agency management systems
• Proficiency with standard business and insurance applications

Preferred

• Experience training or mentoring other Client Administrators
• Experience with Indio or similar insurance application platforms

Licensing & Certifications

• Active California insurance license required
